Elvis,

As Rams COO Kevin Demoff said in his note to all Season Ticket Members last week, now is the time to focus on what really matters: family, loved ones and community. We hope that you and your loved ones are staying strong during this difficult time. The Rams organization is committed year-round to helping the greater Los Angeles community and now is no different. This past Tuesday we partnered with KABC on a virtual Te”LA”thon for Los Angeles to raise money for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles’ Pandemic Relief Fund in direct support of community partners, including Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. The Te”LA”thon raised more than $2.2 Million going directly to assist Southern California response efforts during this unprecedented global health crisis. Even if we cannot physically be together, it is inspiring to see this community rally to support our own.

The health and safety of our fans and our community is very important, and we continue to follow the lead of the NFL and federal and local agencies. As our season does not begin until August, we have every expectation of playing a full schedule in 2020 and look forward to you joining us at SoFi Stadium for an exciting inaugural season.

Some of you may have concerns and we want to be clear about our policies regarding season tickets purchased directly from the Rams. If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending (for example, if a public authority restricts gatherings to no more than a small number of people), and you are a Rams Season Ticket Member, you will receive a pro-rata refund of your season ticket purchase price for any impacted games, or the option to credit that amount toward future playoff or regular season full season tickets for the 2021 season. For example, if two games were not played during the 2020 season, you would receive a refund or credit for the face value of your tickets for the two games lost.

We understand that some of you may be impacted physically and financially by COVID-19. As a result, we are offering you the opportunity to skip your April 1 payment and spread your remaining balance from May 1 through October 1. To do so, please call or fill out the form here by Monday, March 30th at 11:59pm PT.

If you need assistance with your season ticket membership, please contact a Rams representative through live chat, by emailing info@rams.nfl.com or by calling or texting 1-818-338-0011, then select option 2 if calling in.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our players, staff, fans and broader LA community. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any updates as needed. We wish you all the best and look forward to seeing you this fall at SoFi Stadium!

I'm thinking more like 16 games won't be played - at least to an audience.

Yeah, I know. I hope I'm wrong too but, if Demoff is already addressing the possibility, they see the potential as well.

Actually Dan his voice translator heard 'to' not 'due', but we know what Washington and you meant.
