As in today,,,, I was watching undisputed and Rob Parker was raging on McVay because he was too nice about how he talks about the Pats players and Belichick in what a good team they have... Parker was upset that he doesn't have more of a attitude approach about the Pats..... by snackdaddy 4 years 8 months ago Total posts: 9657 Joined: May 30 2015 Merced California Hall of Fame Re: positive reinforcement? POST #4 Hacksaw liked this post After watching Hard Knocks last night, with the Raiders and RAMs Its so comforting to see how good of a HC and coaching staff we have, It all starts off with McVay and Phillips,,,, both have that cool calm and collective personalities and it strictly a professional business, and it rubs down to the players.... Act like you been there before... We have some good motivators on our coaching staff, but they don't seem to get too vulgar with their mouths... Its so refreshing to have a coaching staff in which we have....Watching Chucky last night, he reminded me so much of Fisher and his coaching staff,,,, yelling with vulgar language trying to get a message to their players,,,,, and making them feel like they are stupid if they did something wrong... Where are coaching staff sees a mistake, they go to that player and teaches them the correct technique.... I'm glad McVay didn't pick up Chucky coaching style when he was with him that first year on the coaching staff... 1 by BobCarl 4 years 8 months ago Total posts: 4296 Joined: Mar 08 2017 LA Coliseum Superstar positive reinforcement? I'm sure he has ADHD and can't sit still for too long. I really don't think he'll slow down when he gets older. Its his personality. If he worked at McDonald's he'd be taking orders at the drive thru then running over to cook burgers and running to the window to hand them out. All while making sure the deep fryer always has fries going.
