According to an article from PFT, The NFL fined Josh Jacobs $21,855 two weeks in a row for a total of $43,710.

Videos of the plays that he got fined for are below.

Jacobs tweeted: “Y’all gotta chill with the bs”, and appealed both fines.

The NFL was given a "chill pill" on the first fine and was forced to give Jacobs his money back, the appeal on the 2nd play hasn't been resolved yet.

An interesting point made by PFT (Pro Football Talk) ... The NFL always makes a public announcement when they fine a player ... but they never acknowledge it when they lose their appeal.
