Listening to the latest 11 Personnel, Jourdan says there was a lack of communication which she strongly implied is why Carberry is no longer here. Now whether that was communication between linemen or between coach and player, i'm not 100% sure. She also said you can read into the fact that Zak Kromer was promoted and Wendell coached under Aaron Kromer.

Finally she said the Rams are looking at adding a more veteran Oline coach in some kind of consulting/overseeing role but that it may or may not happen...

I will reiterate that I think the rams really like the guys I listed earlier in this thread and that they will be very judicious in who they add to the OL room. I am not expecting a big splash vet signing.
