Offensive MVP: Robert Woods
Woods lead the Rams in yards from scrimmage (1,091) and TDs (8). I'd say he earned his raise.

Defensive MVP: Aaron Donald
While Jalen Ramsey had a great year, shutting down some top WRs along the way, Donald is the heart of the defense. His ability to produce (13.5 sacks, 19.5 TFL, 4 FF) while getting double and triple teamed on most plays is amazing.

Special Teams: Matt Gay
Not a stellar year for this unit, but Gay really came in and stabilized the kicking game after the Sam Sloman and Kai Korbath experiments failed.

Rookie of the Year: Jordan Fuller
Sixth round pick Fuller was a surprise success story, as he pushed Taylor Rapp down the depth chart and, despite missing time due to injury, contributed 60 tackles, 5 PDs and 3 INTs. Cam Akers came on in the second half of the season, and has a bright future, but Fuller gets the not.

Breakout Player: Darious Williams
Williams came from nowhere and became a great compliment to Ramsey, leading the team with 14 PDs and 4 INTs. The Rams can retain him as a RFA, but he'll definitely be getting a nice raise.
