what a helluva defensive effort!

- just 17 offensive points allowed to last year's #4 scoring offense, that's a 3rd ranking in 2019 numbers.
- just 5.1 yards per play allowed, that's a 7th ranking in 2019 numbers.
- just 3 of 12 (25%) third down conversions allowed, that's a 2nd ranking in 2019 numbers.

and ramsey? what a friggin' stud! speaking of which, slo-mo clearly does not capture offensive pass interference well - in real time it was very easy to see the obvious separation that was created by the interference, so cowboys fans can whine all they want, it was the right call!

My eyeball test was not as positive as the stats but it was just their first game and the Cowboys are probably a very good offense...

Clear case of the stats not telling the whole story.

I did in the first half, the defense was abysmal. If the Rams offense wants so good in the first half I dunno how many points Dallas would have scored.

Now much better in the second half, but I see tons of areas for improvement, mostly pass rush and overall tackling.

One question, where was Rapp??

He did play late in the 4th, and is on special teams.

Put me in the good riddance Wade camp!

The LB's were a pleasant suprise today. Kiser was in good position most the game and was solid vs the run. Floyd had a strong game as well. Kiser might be our best run stopping ILB that we have had in quite some time.

Definitely looked good in the 2nd half and if last years Cowboy's game is the standard, well then there's no comparison...
