So this means he has up to 21 days to practice with team and not count against 53 man roster. Of course if they want to use him in a game before those 21 days, he will count and someone will have to be cut...

He wouldn't be up if that wasn't the plan. The Rams had 21 days before they had to put him on the active roster. They waited all of 2 days to do it. Can only be one intention as they have seen their collective edge pressure through the first 4 games.

Makes sense. I'm excited to see him play. Hope to see more pressure. DC oline is beatable.
