I'm still watching games from last year because I have a Rams football problem....I'm in counseling!

I hear Aikman give a stat on McVay being 19 -0 with the lead at halftime. It was week 2 against the Saints. I did my own math, that might need to be checked, and came up with still a perfect record when leading at the half.

Moral to the story is the Rams are unbeatable if they have the lead at halftime and McVay is the coach.!

Here's to a bunch of fast starts and strong finishes going forward!

Weren't the Rams leading at halftime in the second game against the 49ers? Or did that pick six tie the score before the half?

Edit: I looked it up. That pick six gave the 49ers a 24-21 lead at the half. So yeah, its quite possible McVay's unbeaten record when leading at the half is still intact. Which makes it pretty impressive his team can hold leads.

They're 3-5 when tied at the half and 4-10 when trailing. But I'd bet most teams have a similar record (or worse).

No doubt trailing at halftime would lessen the chances of winning.

I still think it's pretty impressive to not lose a game you lead at halftime.

I just hope they lead every game at halftime going forward!

Buffalo is going to be the toughest test yet. That offense can really get after it. Will need to watch a little film to assess their D and get a better feel. Rams run D and QB pressures must be better.
