Doubters can stay quiet for a minute. We are ONE game out of the wild card. Controlling our own destiny. Sorry doubters, but this is as good as it gets....for now. It could get a whole lot better. Just gotta beat everyone.

I kinda like those odds

We don't have to win out, necessarily. Vikings can shit the bed a couple more times. I'm looking to you Packers and either the Lions or Chargers or Bears, oh my!

as of now, vikings face only 1 team with a winning record and 2 with a losing record in their remaining 4 games, and only play 1 on the road...

I thought they might be in serious trouble when Cook went out. Turns out he didn't break his collarbone, just injured it. :?2: Lucky for them. Cousins without Cook is a different QB. I agree with Ramsrams....the Vikings schedule? It's the NFL.

There's lots of ways it can play out. The Vikings could finish 12-4. Or the Rams and Vikings can both finish 11-5 or 10-6. It all depends on who they lose to.....in the conference or against common opponents.

In that last situation, they are 2-2 against teams on our schedule. We're 2-1. They still have to play Chicago and we have to play both Seattle and Dallas. If they lose another game, provided it's not to the Chargers, they'll have 4 conference losses. If we win out, we'll have 3 conference losses.

Many scenarios to worry about but the bottom line is this......win out and there's an extremely good chance to make the postseason.

I keep thinking back to Zuerlein's missed FG in Seattle, how the season would look a lot different. :cry2:

Yeah, plus that fumble against the Steelers that shoulda been an incomplete pass. We'd be at 9-3. But we'd still be that vulnerable team with a struggling offense. So who knows what would happen?
