Let's not be toxic...

I understand we are all frustrated/pissed/annoyed/disappointed with this year's team but can we please all make a conscious effort to not be toxic either towards each other or in terms of how we criticize the team?
This board is a bit of happy place for me and I really don't want to come here just to see all the toxicity. Constructive observation and critique, yes, the more the merrier. The toxicity? Leave that to another board please.
