That's awesome.
With all the hype Nick Foles got for winning the SB, how about a team winning the SB despite:
-Starter being killed before opener
-Owner shows he's capable of playing, but is tragically killed
-Tom Jarrett takes over and leads team to SB, and unbeknownst to many, is killed himself on the field and Joe Pendleton brings home the victory for the Horns!
What a story, you'd think it was a Hollywood creation....

Both Dyan Cannon and Julie Harris were in Heaven Can Wait....and nary a close-up of either!!

Hmmm, you do have a point there.

Count me in on Team Dyan although Team Christie is no slouch!

Shut up, don't ruin it for me...it was real. In my book the RAMS have won 2 Super Bowls.

ha ha, yeah, an unforgivable oversight on my part! as penance i'll share my dyan cannon story!

after college i moved to los angeles, early 80s, had a cj5 jeep with a trailer hitch, which apparently made me a hauling option given one of my new l.a friends asked if i'd be interested in an easy one-day moving job for great pay - as it turns out my friend's mom was close friends with cannon who was in the process of moving into her new malibu digs, apparently cannon didn't trust the commercial movers with some of her "valuables" and was looking for someone she trusted to move the items for her.

so me and my friend took the job, and moved about a dozen or so boxes from cannon's self-storage unit to her malibu home - the boxes had "jennifer's room", "my room", etc. written on them.... when we arrived at the malibu house commercial movers and staff were already there, and we were instructed to put the boxes we hauled into the rooms that were indicated on the boxes, we were shown the way.

cannon's room was enormous, split-level, overlooking the pacific, which alone was spectacular, but her closet was what really took the cake - one of her staffers was in the process of "loading" the enormous closet that included a huge dry cleaners-like mechanized track... as it turns out the staffer was "loading" cannon's wardrobe onto the track in order of the seasons, so that cannon's clothes would conveniently rotate, be easily available, in step with the seasons, ha ha... cannon had enough clothes, bags and shoes to dress all of malibu.

anyway, it was a fun experience, absolutely incredible home, altho i didn't get a chance to meet cannon, she was away at the time... however i do remember thinking at the time what on earth "jennifer" must look like, given i knew that she was cannon's / grant's daughter, turns out she grew into a beautiful woman, gee, what were the odds?
