With Jay Gruden being fired from the Washington Redskins, makes me wonder if Jay Gruden, could be the Offensive Coordinator next year? McVay was the OC for Gruden in Washington, & wonder if McVay may hire him in return as a favor? The NFL, has been like this for years, when coming to coaches.

I could certainly see him coming as a consultant of some kind if he can't get a better job. He could also go work with his brother in Vegas...

McVay is the coordinator.

Gruden would be named Offensive Coordinator in name. Or he could take over as OC, so McVay could take more as overseer of the team, should of the Wade Philips decide to retire.

He would be a big help for McVay,,,

Especially game time adjustment during game,,,
To bounce his ideas....
Not just at half time...

I could see it happening,,,

McVay was trying to get Kingsbury until he found work,
but he excepted a job with USC before making that move to AZ...
He even mention he wanted to pick his brain...
Its always good to get more ideas from others, especially experience with offensive schemes...
