gurley played 93% of the snaps last night, four days after playing 75% of the snaps against the bucs, while brown and henderson combined for a whopping 3 offensive snaps against the seahawks - clearly mcvay has gurley on a specific gameday pitch count.

also, on average, 2.6 wide receivers and 1.4 tight ends were on the field last night - was this a shift to more 12 personnel or was it the result of cooks and kupp getting dinged up and missing snaps, and mcvay thinking everett was a better wr option than reynolds in more than a few situations?

whatever the case, here's te personnel through week 5:

w1 - 0.9
w2 - 1.1
w3 - 0.9
w4 - 1.0
w5 - 1.4
----------
2018 - 1.1
2017 - 1.2

in 2015-2018 he averaged 18 carries per game

Gurley did a great job last night pass blocking.

They rely on him a lot for that.

Rams are 24th in rushing attempts per game and first in passing attempts per game. Only one of the 8 teams behind them in rushing attempts has a winning season. 5 have not won a game yet. You get an idea how hard it is to win if you're that imbalanced.
