Seems like it has to be the throwbacks. Only other choice would be color rush and I’m sure they’re not gonna open the season on the road in those.

The Rams official home uni is the throwback now. The full-on blue and gold unis are officially dead. The Rams wanted to do this back in '16 and of course the NFL was still conditioned from the St. Louis days to say no to anything the Rams wanted to do.

I'm sure the Rams showing them the sales projections got them to relent - you can make us keep these and you will sell none, or you can let us switch and make more than none.

So if the Panthers wear white at home then the Rams will be wearing the "throwbacks."

In a weird stupid way those mismatched unis they wore vs Cowboys and Jaguars grew on me. It didn't hurt that they won in them. I think the Rams liked playing in them too.

Isn't that gloriously ridiculous looking. I love that the Rams shoved it in the NFL's face - they basically said, OK we'll just use the loophole that says we can change our pants and helmet whenever we want.

That Cowboys game was critical in putting the Rams on the national radar. A Cowboys fan co-worker, in true Cowboys fan fashion, said to me, "You only won because you kicked all those field goals." Yep, got me there

Yes the pin that says "Season Ticket Holder 2019". You are right, it really is not that exciting, but I am happy we get something. I wish I had one for the last 3 years too. I will put this on my hat and would have fun to have a pin for each year since they got back. So I do hope they continue to give these pins each year from now on. Or at least something that says Season Ticket Holder and the season on it.
I am still surprised that there was nothing handed out on their first home game back at California.

Ae we seeing these kids wearing the new uni's to be unveiled next season? Darker blue helmet with wider horns and dark blue face guard instead of white. I'm gussing these would be the "home" uni's and the blue and white's the "away".

I can live with this. What I like best about them? No more St. Louis gold.

Okay, this is a Monday post. The horns only appear wider because they are on smaller helmets. The white jerseys I don't like at all. The shoulders stripes still look like finger nail clippings.

Very cool that these kids got this stuff and they do look sharp as a team but I don't see these as any indication of the actual Rams correcting what they've had wrong.
