Wow. I wondered where all the vitriol was hangin'. Found it.

Scoreboard. Goff in SB.
Wentz on IR.
Big Ben watching Goff on TV.
Same with Browns BM.

Comparisons aside, we've got a good one who fits our system well. I expect continued success, , especially since he can finally grow facial hair.

Fun fact...

Jared Goff is only 6 months older than Baker Mayfield (and he's 2 years younger than Wentz).

If I'm reading that correctly, he's the youngest Rams QB to play in a Conference Championship and Superbowl. Hmmm.

haden played in a cc when 23 (1976), and van brocklin played in the title game when 23 (1949), so goff is pretty much washed up, and didn't play late into the postseason until he was an old man.

Yeah and that 8 game stretch at the end of the year really showed what a bust Goff is, particularly that Saints game. How can we dismiss that fact? The guy only had 10 games out of 16 with a QB rating north of 100!! And only 9 of those were north of 110!!!! Plus he didn't do well against 'good defenses' and we all know, any QB worth their salt excel more in those games than the games against crappy teams!!! Yeah, I can't wait till next year when they can draft a legit QB in the first round.
