Los Angeles Rams didn’t hold a rookie minicamp this offseason, too. They used the time to hold a tryout-type camp for those who weren’t drafted or signed as free agents.

That's an interesting point. The Rams held tryouts on Friday. Nothing on Saturday and Sunday. The rookies reported on Monday and practiced with the vets on Tuesday.

So you may be right that the Rams didn't actually have a rookie mini-camp...
