The Rams go 3-13, 2-14, 1-15 in St. Louis and Stan/LA fans crap all over us for because people cancel season tickets at a bad venue and bad football.

When the LA Rams have a storybook season and people cancel season tickets, it’s somehow justified because it’s a bad venue.

Do you see my confusion?

Like I said, unless those are brokers getting out there should be very few (if any) season ticket cancellations this year.

Good god, I hope you are not this miserable of a person in real life.

As for me, I look forward to buying some single game tickets this year to enjoy a couple of our final games in the Coliseum.

In 2002, after the St. Louis Rams lost to the Patriots I upped my allotment from 2 to 4 season tickets. It also meant moving from the lower bowl end zone to the upper bowl. I also sold my pre season tickets for more than face value.

You do have a point. The Doom was one of the worse stadiums I ever watched a game as well.

People were very friendly though. Watching a Cardinals game the evening before was epic. Busch Stadium is incredible!

Normally, that would be true, and if the Rams weren't in a temporary home, I'm sure it would still hold true for all of the current season ticket holders. But the bottom line is that a lot of the SSLs are super expensive, and saving any money this season will help to insure that some people can attend Rams games for years to come in the new stadium. I'm pretty sure that a lot of fans are like me and did renew just to experience the remodeled Coliseum for one season. The Rams popularity is growing rapidly in Southern California, so perhaps the smarter move this year would be to pay for the season tickets and then resale all but one or two games if the goal is to save money for the new stadium. I understand why people are hesitant to do that since many of us got burned trying to resale seats that first season, but there are three things that make it more of an option this year. The Rams are good, the stadium is newish, and the seating capacity is less. I would expect to see the stadium full this year unless somehow the Rams suffer massive injuries and tank. One other advantage for having season tickets this season is that you get playoff tickets at face value.

Understand all sides. You’d hope “come hell or high water” fans would keep their seats. But I have been relocated twice and I know another that will be 3 times now and it just gets old. Why go through the headache and just save the money for the new stadium. Plenty of people will and plenty won’t. I’ve kept mine.

My upgrade appointment for the 2019 Coliseum seats was today and noticed that they have tons of seats available across all 3 sections. The 100 sections close to the 50 yard line had slim pickings but i saw a few pairs of 200 level row 1 seats. After the seat relocation process is done, any new season seat buyers for 2019 will have some decent seats to choose from.

Cool. My relocation window is Thursday. Wasn't expecting much but now you got my hopes up...
