At what point does Andy Reid take a hit? I mean Reid drafted two suspect character guys (Kareem Hunt and Tyreek Hill) at the cost of winning. It was on his watch...

Andy Reid is generally considered a good guy with a big heart. He gives people chances. He will take a hit for these guys when the Chiefs start losing. As long as the Chiefs keep winning, no problem.
