not to mention that mcvay and goff have pretty much laid big eggs both times they've faced the bears defense... in two games against the bears the rams have scored a grand total of 23 points, goff has thrown 0 tds / 5 picks, and the rams offense has been held to under 285 yards in each game.... hopefully next week be different, a whole lot different.

I wouldn’t count on it. I think we lose this game and it will again be on the offense. The only chance I see of winning is running the ball really well, say 130+ yards rushing. That will be a tall order. If we are playing from behind and/or leaning on the drop back pass game, Goff will be under a lot of pressure. And, he loses accuracy considerably when pressured. I think the D can handle their O. But the Foles factor Worries me.

I think we lose 17-10. And after losing to the hated ones, losing to the Bears will sting in many ways - not the least of which will be probably dropping to last in the division.

Sure hope I am wrong.

After what a banged up 49er defense did to our offense, I can't see us being favored by any amount against the Bears. The Bears are 5-1 and should be the ones favored. Foles is much better than Trubisky. If they throw short quick passes all day we'll be lucky to have 25 minutes of possession. Our defense can't defend that.

You guys are funny, have you watched the Bears play? They look bad, without a doubt the worse 5-1 team I ever saw. IF, IF the Rams play the game I expect, I see a good win by 10+ points. In the past the Rams under McVay, the Rams have usually played some of their best football after a poor game, and the niner game was pitiful.

As I was extremely worried about the niner game, I am not about the Bears as long as our defense plays harder and doesnt let Foles look like TB12.

The Rams offense stopped themselves, I expect see a creative offense on Monday with Goff on the move. Will see

By the way, can we get more deep balls to Reynolds. He is the only Rams WR who knows how to use his body to get position (like a basketball) player. He needs more opportunities on these 50/50 balls, its what he did his entire college career.

Gotta say i'm mildly curious how they come up with the opening line at VegasInsider. They say:

"Open Line: Consists of the first betting line received from one of our Las Vegas or Global sportsbooks."

I think they should just do Vegas books since online books can be more all over the map and volatile. Then again if you bet online and are quick about it you can probably get some of those early lines. I just don't think they're very indicative of where the money is going.

My point being, when you see the Rams opened at -7.5 and quickly moved to -5.5 you might think a lot of money came in on the Bears and moved the line 2 points but more likely an off shore book just started with a bad number that they quickly adjusted...
