Look: Todd Gurley lists gorgeous L.A. home for $2.3 million

For the first time in his career, Todd Gurley will be wearing a different uniform in the NFL this season. After being cut by the Rams, Gurley quickly signed with the Atlanta Falcons, returning to the area where he played his college football.

Now that he’s back on the East Coast, Gurley won’t be spending nearly as much time in Southern California. And after buying Taylor Lautner’s old home – which was also owned by Marcellus Wiley – in Chatsworth, Calif., Gurley has no need for two houses in the same city.

So Gurley listed his first home in Chatsworth for $2.295 million, stretching across 1.27 acres with 5,100 square-feet on the interior.

It was built in 2005 and has been sold several times since then, with Gurley paying $1.825 million in 2017, one year before he signed a massive contract extension with the Rams. Take a look at the five-bed, 5.5-bath house, which also has a four-car garage, a pool with a waterfall, and a basketball court.
