Sofi Performance Venue is going to look awesome once it's completed.

But the Suites are absolutely amazing.

I don't think Stan Kroenke intends Sofi Stadium solely for football.

He's building Sofi as a destination with year-round entertainment, shopping and leisure so during NFL off-season the place still gets revenue from other sources besides Rams football.

So no, the Performance Venue is not the requirement for future stadiums going forward.
