It does look very low. Maybe just the perspective of the picture? But it looks like at it's current height it would actually block off parts of the field from the view of some of the higher seats.

after checking out the sofi stadium website it appears that the oculus is indeed in place, in its final position - it looks like the seats are so far away from the oculus that it won't come close to blocking any views ( of course it won't) despite the deceiving perspective captured in images...

that branding area on the outside of the ring sure is huge, looks like it accounts for well over a third of the height...
