We've all been in situations where you tend to let things go because you don't want to rock the boat too much; however, at some point you feel comfortable enough to make the uncomfortable decisions.I've got faith in McVay to keep this franchise going well for as long as he is HC. Floyd would be icing if he can step up to his potential.I am glad that McVay is taking control of the bigger picture. No more letting Wade run the defense on his own.
