GZ against the Saints two years ago was epic. He'll always be remembered, but if the RAMS want to move on then I'm fine with it and wish GZ the best of luck. I trust the RAMS to know what they are doing.

As @Hacksaw mentioned, players don't age the same way and it may just be too risky to sign him for big money.

I read yesterday that per cbssports.com that Rams LB Landis Durham's Practice Squad Contract expired in early January 2020.

I checked Rams Roster.....and there is no Landis Durham listed anymore.....most recently, in early January, the former Texas A&M Aggie had been listed as Practice Squad IR'd. :idea2:

FYI.

I'd love to have one of those rare kickers with a big leg and doesn't miss often. But sometimes that isn't feasible. Then I'd rather have a reliable kicker who maybe doesn't have the leg to make 60 yarders, but we can count on for the 45 yarders.

Maybe Noteboom will grow.. and maybe they'll draft a tackle high.

But... game one? There's nothing out there, really.

Yeah, I would agree. I don't see a better option out there. Left tackles are hard to come by if they're any good. Teams don't typically let them walk. I know Whitworth isn't what he once was, but he's probably the best LT on the market.

Rams have waived (RFA to be) Jo Jo Natson.

The kicking game is less important than ever. These return guys are interchangeable and expendable, Cooper, Natson, whoever comes next, don't think it really matters...
