alas, spotrac has become a pay-to-see website for contract info older than 2 years, $30 for the year, which in their defense is pretty inexpensive relatively speaking... it's funny, back in the day pro football reference (and baseball reference) displayed a donation link on each of their great sites that i happily used at the start of every season to support their cause, but i'm not sure i would have forked it over if it was mandatory in order to view their content, weird.

anyway, god bless all of the sites that are able to manage without charging subscription fees, they far outweigh those that do charge.
