the university of oregon's football program was established in 1894, has a rich history, and rocked their traditional greens / yellows for decades and decades, only to become the poster child for nike's avalanche of uniform style changes, which was and continues to be wildly popular among the student body (younger generations) and alumni (older generations).

What part of "its a matter of perspective" did you feel a compelling need to "disprove."

will nike be able to pitch this success to the nfl, get the nfl to eventually buy into ditching their 5-year rule, and allow teams to change uniforms every year, and even have multiple in-season uniforms? if so, would it be a bad thing?

Its a matter of perspective.

I prefer maintaining a traditional look with only occasional alternates thrown in (i.e. I like the Rams color rush uni). That's just my opinion.

Yawn. You're need to one-up people and followed by feigned innocence when called out for it is growing tiresome.

Suffice to say, when explaining why I (not you, not anyone else, just me) feel differently about NBA/Heat and NFL/Rams uniforms, the opinions of Oregon fans do not factor in.

If you are not trying to one-up, here's a tip... don't quote people then present a contrary (albeit irrelevant) point.
