Rams Practice Squad LB Landis Durham has been IR'd, and plus with the loss of Dakota Allen to the Jaguars, Los Ramos have filled their two empty PS spots with:

Jeff Holland ER Auburn 6'1" 249 lb who was 2018 UDFA to Denver, then bounced around with Zona, Buffalo and Chargers before being claimed by us. Draftnik publications had Holland going in the 4th or 5th Round in 2018, but he went undrafted. Good motor, but limited athleticism....Holland not possessing a chiseled physique reportedly....carries some "bad weight." Maybe Les FormerAuburnTE Snead knows something more about Holland?

Greg Dortch, WR/KR Wake Forest 5'7" 173 lbs who was 2019 UDFA with NY Jets and then with Carolina. Slot guy at Wake Forest from Richmond VA.....was only rated at 7th Round/ HPFA by Draftniks. Reportedly elusive with waterbug quickness and dangerous instant speed, but runs some undisciplined routes. Still and all, Dortch accounted for 1750 All-Purpose Yards and 10 TDs for Wake Forest in 2018.....not too shabby IMO. Rams had his Wake Forest WR mate Alex Bachman in TC this year FWIW.

Dortch seems to have some upside as a PR/KR for us IMHO.

Doing some reading on these latest 2 PS signings....

Per Walter's Football, reasons Auburn ER Jeff Holland went undrafted;
--only a "One Year Producer"
--character interviews by at least 3 NFL Teams proved only "marginal"
--poor work ethic
--poor body shape
--"stiff in lower body" & athletically limited

ME: So other than the above, this Holland guy could be the next Lawrence Taylor eh!!??
