I still do not get how Les Snead got Miami to take a Rams 5th Round Pick in 2020 (IIRC) in exchange for eating $4.5 Million of Aqub Talib's remaining 2019 Salary Cap hit........and Talib is on IR, and can only come back to play for the last 2 regular season games in 2019.Some capologist out there understand that one, and splain it to me? Do the Fins want Talib to mentor their young DBs in 2020 and beyond??Puzzling to me what the Dolphins are getting out of that exchange. by BobCarl 4 years 4 months ago Total posts: 4296 Joined: Mar 08 2017 LA Coliseum Superstar SNEAD Unleashed 2019 POST #19 CanuckRightWinger wrote:Some capologist out there understand that one, and splain it to me? I understand that Miami's salary cap is $197 Mill .... )$188 mill + 2018 rollover of $6 mill and another adjustment of $3 Mill)Which puts Miami's salary floor at $175 Mill. And currently they have only spent $171 Mill ... including Talib's dead money. Those are just some rough figures.
