Geographically the Coastal division never made much sense. Atlanta being in it made even less sense.
We're all low key waiting to see if Stafford shows up even though there's no reason to think he won't since he's been there for everything so far. But stuff like this (Florio of course) is out there: https://twitter.com/ProFootballTalk/status/1791832967616008438 Foolio likes to stir shit up for the...
Rams and Lions have the highest over/under. I guess they're expecting some offense in that game.
I imagine Atlanta's SOS is partly due to their division. At least we're not among the hardest schedules this year.
I wonder if Martz is finally regretting not running Faulk more in SB36. Belicheck dared him to run and he kept calling passes.
Are we assuming Whittington is replacing Skow? I don't anything about him. But in a couple post draft analysis they thought he was a steal in the 6th round. The NFL site has him projected to be a bottom of the roster or practice squad candidate. Not exactly a ringing endorsement.
For the most part last year I thought MCvay did better with the play calling in the redzone. If you can run the ball down there you will score more TD's. In the past he always had a tendency to call pass on first and goal. What can be frustrating with McVay is when its 1st and goal at the 5 and he c...
I'm not really expecting a top 5 defense. I know how good Verse and Fiske can be. But when it comes to rookies you never know how long it takes. If they can be middle of the pack I think they can win 11 or 12 games. I do expect the offense to be pretty good.
Now that was a good interview. They had no idea Verse was there with Benson. Great stuff. If I'm Benson I make a business decision and avoid taking Verse head on. That is one tough dude.
He'll be 32 by the halfway point of the season. Didn't really fit that well in Baltimore. 35 catches. His TD against us was a blown coverage. Not sure how much he's got left to contribute for them.
