Simple as this the Rams stole the draft. The Rams clearly had the best draft out of any team. A bit early to prove your postulate true. And I hope it is proved true. Nevertheless the players have to at least get a few live game reps. Though it is looking a LOT like the Rams stole the 2023 Draft.
