That sounds right. The 90's were a long slog for the Rams until 1999!I always struggled with Roman Phifer's last name because there are a lot of Volga Germans in Western Kansas named Pfeiffer (usually pronounced Piper). Still, it would have been nice to have seen Roman Gabriel play.
There was a former Rams linebacker, Roman Phifer (sp) who was named after Roman Gabriel.
I don't see a need to rank him. He is already on the team. See if he can make it through training camp and stay on the team. Lord knows what he was doing last season.
Regretfully, I Never got to see him play even though I knew who he was when I was a kid. The first time I saw him on Tv was in a John Wayne movie. First year i ever got to see a Rams game on TV was in 1973!
